Metropolis Algorithm

• Problem with Monte Carlo bidirection path tracing:

  Need lots of ray (Very expensive, Noisy results)

• Metropolis Light Transport Algorithm reduces the cost
• Idea: Take one path from light to eye

  Perturb this path and see if it still reaches the eye.

• New, untested
