Learning Material Evaluation

Purpose

The purpose of this evaluation is

To make it possible for the designer to improve the material and thereby facilitate learning for new users.

To find out in what ways the material has been used

To give users a moment of reflection to reinforce their learning.

Evaluation Areas

We are interested in your opinion within the following areas.

How did you learn about this material?

Why did you use the learning material?

How did you use the learning material?

When did you use the learning material?

What was the learning result and the added value of using the material?

How did you enjoy using the material?

Instructions

The evaluation questionnaire is built up from the evaluation areas described above.

The statements are arranged into groups. In some of the groups the alternative "other" is added. Please agree on one statement within each group. This means for question 3 that you shall agree on four statements.

In order to facilitate the interpretion of the evaluation we want you to answer all questions.

If you can't agree on any of the statements please choose the alternative "Other".

Perhaps there are many alternatives that you find are in accordance with your opinion. In that case you can give more than one answer.
